Our Story
The project is located at Sparģeļu st. 6a, next to a beautiful park – Ziedoņdārzs (Spring Garden Park) at the peaceful back alley of Riga city historic centre, an area classed as a UNESCO World heritage site. Ziedoņa kvartets (The Spring Quartet) is in close vicinity to several kindergartens, schools, sports grounds, and a modern outpatient clinic. Everything in the city centre is within walking distance. It’s a half-hour walk or 10-minute drive to the old town of Riga and the Central station.
Created by one of the most prominent Latvian architects, Zane Tetere-Šulca, (Open AD) this is an excellent newcomer among high class properties in Latvia. Its name – The Spring Quartet – reflects both the location and structure of the property. Like a quartet it consists of four different yet mutually harmonious buildings.
Built on enclosed property, all four buildings are joined by parking on the first floor and separated by green terraces. Each building boasts its own unique character. The size of the 33 apartments varies from 30 to 191 sq. metres, the largest representing two-storey lofts with four bedrooms. More than half of the apartments are medium-sized with two bedrooms. All the apartments are located on the second to sixth floor, providing excellent insulation in all seasons. Each of them has either a terrace or its own balcony. The property includes a green yard (where no cars will be permitted) as well as a children’s playground.
Curent state of development: design and coordination. The apartments will be sold fully finished.
